Return Request

A Return request should be raised within 5 days of delivery of products. To place a return request write an email to info.bd@stovekraft.com with your reason for return along with the Order Number and contact details our team will respond to you within 48 hours with the next steps. 

We Guarantee full replacement of the product under following categories.
  • Product out of stock– For products that are no longer in stock, we provide a full refund to keep your shopping experience at www.appliancesblackanddecker.in hassle free
  • Received a defective/incorrect product– We guarantee a return for any defective or incorrect deliveries

Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders please expect the amount to be received within 21 working days. For COD orders (if applicable)- coupons with the same face value will be given. This coupon can be redeemed only on appliancesblackanddecker.in website.
